SETTLEMENT APPLICATION

hi there
i have a doubt regarding applying for the settlement application in UK. i am currently on TIER 1(general migrant) category and about to apply for the settlement visa end of this month.
now the problem here is as part of the application i have to cover my UK absences while I was on tier 1 visa during 2009 - 2014 .
but i do not have all the records of absence from UK. i did check my passport and figured out 90% of them but still some of them are missing as the immigration stamp is not clear.
i have only taken paid annual leave as per company policy in these five years. again problem here is the annual leave is managed by my line manager rather than the HR. when we apply for the leave he or she is the one who signs of the annual leave form and keep it in the personal file. there is no HR involvement in this. i do have the forms signed by my manager. will that be enough as a proof of absence and moreover previous company has shutdown as well. i still have the old company contract which states my annual holiday entitlement. does all these add as a proof of absence.
