I am currently on tier 1 general visa and preparing to apply for ILR on the basis on 10 years long residence in August 2014. There are few questions I require advice or suggestion as below:
Question----B11 your home office reference number?
Will it be 'case reference number' written on the home office letter OR right hand side of the page 'our reference.


Question----C9 where is your BRP NOW?
My answer is I am submitting with the application
THEN what should I do with question from C10 to C19? Do I leave them as it is or what?


QUESTION---D3 regarding any absence from the UK which is as follows
26-06-07 to 04-07-07( Total 7 days) Reason - holidays
23-05-10 to 09-06-2010( total 16 days) Reason---to attend marriage
16-10-11 to 15-11-11 ( Total 30 Days) Reason---- to get married
HERE do I need to provide then any documents to prove this besides my passport with departure or entrance stamps?

QUESTION 3.1 regarding knowledge of language and life in the UK Requirement:
I have UK Master degree and life in the uk test pass . As I have already sent my master degree to home office on previous occasion so DO I have to send it again?

QUESTION -Section D Passport and Immigration Documents
I will be providing my both passports current or previous expired AND my Biometric Residence Permit.
Do I have to provide any other documents eg. Doctor letter, council tax, gas,electricity bill etc.

I would be grateful to you guys if you could advice on these questions. Any help would be much appreciated. I always got very good response to any query I have had in the past. Thanks very much in advance.

1. A home office ref is not important, but I would surmise it's the one on the letter.

2. C9 then to D

3. No the passport should suffice.

4. Yes you will need to send it again.

5. No so far as the passport(s) cover the 10 years period.

I have recently read here regarding the SAR( Subject Access Request) File towards ILR application. Can you please advise me on that.
Will it make it difference towards processing time of the application OR decision making progress?
