Spouse Visa requirement

HI
Can anybody help me with the following question
i have been granted ILR on 02/04/2014 on the basis of 10 year long residency. My wife was dependent of Tier 1 General from 13/03/2011. now can she apply for settlement straightway or she have to do FLR (M) application and then settlement application.
if she have to do FLR (M) then do i need to show earning for that as well or not as she was enter in UK before july 2012
Finally if she have to do FLR(M) application then can she apply for settlement straightway or need to wait for 5 year.
