Two Type of Tier 2 ICT Visas

Hi,
Could someone please help me, I am currently preparing for my ILR along with my wife + kid.
My VISA Details:
VISA TIER 2 (INT COM TRAN) MIGRANT issued on 08/10/2009 until 17/11/10
VISA TIER 2 (ICT) ESTABLISHED STAFF issued on 28/09/10 until 31/10/11
T1 General Issued on 8/12/10 until 8/12/12
T1 General extended 31/12/2012 until 31/12/2015
In the year 2010 my company asked me to do the VISA renewal from UK. At the same time my wife's dependent visa refused in Australia due to insufficient fund ( not sure why although it was sponsored by the company). So, to bring my wife to UK without any further trouble I went to india (18/sep/2010) and applied the fresh visa along with my wife and came to UK on 10/10/2010.
Now the problem i have at the moment is:
The second VISA applied after 6 April 2010 and it is not the extension of my first VISA - Will it be a problem to calculate my continuous period in UK to qualify for ILR in this year?
