Cohabitation & English Language

Hi All,
I am applying for ILR soon with my wife. -- Set (O) and was on a tier one General for 5 years. Wife joined me 3 years back.
While I have documents in my name to prove wife and I stayed in the same address - I do not have any proof for my wife for 8 months in between the last 24 months
(i.e) Nov 2012 to Feb 2013 we have docs as proof in her name (GP Letter, NI Letter, Tenancy Agreement)
March 2013 to November 2013, I don't have any proof in her name (Except a new Tenancy Agreement in July 2013 in joint names)
December 2013 onwards until today, she has several documents to prove cohabitation (Joint Bank Letters, Independent Bank Statements etc)
Will this cause any confusion or problems as she has no documents to her name from April 2013 to November 2013? Please help
Note:
As the main dependant have several documents as proof for each month in the 2 year period
Also, Do I need to take English language test as I have already cleared english requirement in my initial application under Tier ONe General and my certificate says course completed in English?
