Is P60 required for the year tax year 2013-2014

Dear ALL,
I am planning to apply for my ILR by the end of May or early June.
1)Do i require my P60 for the tax year Apr2013-Apr2014 or should i just show my previous year earning and provide salary and dividend vouchers as proof.
2) Does the salary slip need to be attested.

P60 is not Mandatory. Bank statements and your payslips should do the job.
I had my appointment today and I did not attach P60.

Hey Vikash. I submitted below documents:
1. Old & new Passport.
2. Biometric card.
3. Life in UK Test Certificate
4. UK Masters Degree Certificate (to meet the English Language requirement)
5. last 12 months Payslips.
6. 12 Months Bank Statements. (Photocopies of Front sheet and Salary Credit Sheet)
7. Letter from myself detailing reasons for absence from UK with copies of Entry Exit Stamps & Copies of my Annual Leave Rota.
8. 2 Photographs
9. Application form.
10. Online Payment Sheet

1) You mentioned letter from yourself for absence. Can we do that or is it required from employer.
Not booked on my appointment yet , waiting on my wife life in uk test.
Also if you could help on my second query . Can I apply for just myself and then for my wife. Was rushing mine as wanted to get naturalization for my baby.
