Visa Valid from and To : 29/Jun/2009 to 14/July/2010
First Entry and stayed in UK : 01/11/2009 to 13/12/2009
Went to India for my baby delivery
Second Entry and stayed in UK : 04/04/2010 to 16/05/2010
Went to India for managing offshore team and by the time my first visa got expired on 14-July-2010.
I applied 2nd Visa with in 28 days(08-Aug-2010) and got entry clearance from 16-Aug-2010(ICT T2 Established Staff)
Third Entry and stayed in UK: 5-Sep-2010 to till date.

1. am I eligible for ILR based on the 2nd entry clearance ( AsI apllied 2nd visa with in 28 days from my first visa expiry date)?

Page 27 wrote:If the applicant’s leave expires whilst they are outside the UK and they apply for entry
clearance within 28 days, the applicant’s continuous period is not broken. In this
circumstance, if they successfully get a new grant of entry clearance, the period spent
outside of the UK will count towards the 180 days allowable absence. This includes any
time:

 after the expiry of their leave
 while the entry clearance application is under consideration, and
 where they are delayed entering the UK once entry clearance has been granted.
