Dear Sir/ Madam,

Recently I got ILR , now I am planning to apply ILR to my Spouse(dependent) .
She is in UK since August 2011 and working on permanent contract since Jan-2012 .

Her VISA details:
• Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff partner : 12/06/2012 to 11/07/2015
• Tier 2 ICT Short term Staff partner: 30/06/2011 to 23/05/2012

As per my knowledge she is eligible for ILR and we have to choose SET(0) application (correct me if i am wrong),

Questions: In SET(0) application form

1) Section 3 - Which Category? I have to select

PBS Dependent OR Other purposes or reasons not covered by other application forms

2) Section 5 - Your Home And Finances

Do we need to fill any SOC code , salary details? or we can ignore?

3) SECTION 6 - IMMIGRATION HISTORY

Do we need to mention absences outside UK?
If ,Yes – Do I also need to provide letter from employer?

Few holidays are unpaid holidays Because of leaves shortage.

• 18-May-2012 to 17-Jun-2012 –on vacation to India (half paid /Half unpaid)
• 29-Mar-2013 to 02-Apr-2013-paid
• 18-Oct-2013 to 29-Oct-2013 – on vacation to India (half paid /Half unpaid)

4) And also i am not sure how i can link my VISA(ILR details) to her , there is no such section is the SET(0) form, so
Following are the documents i am planing to provide from end by using covering letter -is that ok?
• Marriage Certificate - Original
• My Passport - Copy
• My ILR BRP - Copy

Dear All,

I have been granted ILR , following is the information i have filled in the form for the questions i have asked above.

1)Section 3- Selected as PBS Dependent
2)Section 5 - Your Home And Finances Just fill finance details , leave SOC Code area-it is not required
3)SECTION 6 -filled the leave dates - Employer letter doesn't mater
4)In section 11 - Other area i have provided details like "PBS Dependent of ILR holder" and of BRP CARD Number :<number>

• English language: Bachelor’s degree enclosed is listed under points based calculator.
• Sufficient knowledge a about life in the United Kingdom: Please refer enclosed Life in the UK Test certificate.

Point 4: Additional documentation provided

Please refer enclosed:
• Spouse Biometric Residency Permit
• Marriage certificate
• Employer letter for confirming Job, date of joiner
• Employer letter for confirming Leave and Salary
• Educational certificates
• Date of birth Certificate
