ILR + dependent status

Hi Amber , Vinny and experts.
Can you please help below query ..
Recently I got ILR on 10 years LR, My spouse is still on previous status Tier1 dependent valid Jul 2016.
1)We got emergency travel plans, Is her travel Valid on previous status?
2)If we have to travel, can she get entered in UK as still got visa till 2016?
3)What is best solution if I don't get chance her to apply FLR(M) here and go to India?
Please advice.

First of all congratulations for your ILR.
She need to change her status to your ILR dependent as she will have problem when she come back. You need o apply for her FLR (M) before any travel and you can apply for her premium service to get the decision on the same day and BrP in a week time this giving u peace of mind to travel
