Hello all
I'm new to this forum.
I'm eligible to apply for ILR under long residency category because I've been in uk for10 years.
First I was under student visa then PSW and now Tier 1 PBS dependant. My wife is PBS main applicant but she's not eligible for ILR (long residency) but I'm.
So can I apply for ILR even though I'm in PBS dependant.
