I have some queries from the new SET (O) form.

Page number 21
6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning
of the period of stay on which this application is based.

My question:
I first entered UK on 3 May 2009 on Tier 1.
In 2012 I went back to India got my Tier 2 and entered again on 13 May 2012
I am applying for ILR now (2 years Tier 2 + 3 years Tier 1)
What will be my date of first entry into the UK? I am assuming since I am applying based on Tier 2 now I shoudl go with 13 May 2012.

6.4 When did you last enter UK?
What is this about? Is this date last entered using a valid visa OR is the date last entered the UK after any holiday abroad?

It depends how many days you was absent in 2012. Better if you read calculating continuous period

Its the date when you last entered in UK from abroad, yes after holidays
