If you apply for ILR on the basis of 10 years long residence, your wife will need to switch to FLR(M), financial requirment and English Level A1 needed. Initial visa will be for 2.5 years and then she needs to renew for another 2.5 years, meeting all the requirements at each stage. After 5 years she can apply for ILR on SET(M).

For SET(LR) you need your passports covering the 10 years, current BRP, LIUK and English Language Level B1.

i have done diploma in 2004-2007 and bachelors in 2007-2008, do i still need to give english test?

visa for spouse for 2.5 + 2.5 years (what requirements at each stage) ??

do we both have to apply together now? or get my visa on set (lr) first and then switch her visa after receiving mine on FLR(m) ??

thanks

visa for spouse for 2.5 + 2.5 years (what requirements at each stage) ?? English A1 and Financial requirements at first application for FLR(M), after 2.5 years again at the FLR(M) renewal and at SET(M) ILR stage, English B1 level and LIUK.

do we both have to apply together now? or get my visa on set (lr) first and then switch her visa after receiving mine on FLR(m) ?? You can apply at the same time and ask for her application to be considered after yours. How long is her pbs dependent visa still valid for?

thanks
