Signatures on section 12 of Set (m)

Hi all,

I've filled in the set(m) form for my wife and about to submit it for postal application today, but I have one question.
Within section 12 (consent section), it asks for the applicants signature, joint accounts signature, and third party signature. My wife has signed the consent for the applicant, does not have a joint account so that field was left blank. Do I sign the third party signature section as I am her partner and financial provider? or am I not a third party and do not sign any consent part?

While I'm here, I didn't include the marriage certificate as she came on a spouse visa, and we have a son who is british, so I didn't add his passport, or passport pics as well, though I just put his birth certificate and copy of passport just in case. Is that fine?

Thanks in advance

Well if you use the SCS you get to keep your documents and the application is usually much faster.

A signature would be fine. No need for your child's documents.
