Guys,

I was under Tier 2 ICT (from India) and recently got ILR (by May19th 2014). Now I am applying for my family (wife and 2 Kids) also since eligibility is there, but I have the following questions

1. My wife completes her bachelor degree (BCom) in english where can confirm with points based calculator that its been agreed. However should this need to either get recognized by NARIC? or should my wife need to go any other English assessment test here? (as a note I have not included any of NARIC while I apply for my ILR application)

2. The entire family is in PBS dependant visa, where I suppose the original sponsorship been cancelled and I have been provided with an ILR now. Should it be any problem now (while I am applying ILR), or incase if any journey is planned with this same PBS dependant visa?

Any help please?

Regards

1. So far as the degree is awarded 20 or more for qualification and 10 for English Skills on the PBS calculator, that'll suffice A1 and B1 English.

2. Not sure what you mean, are they currently abroad with PBS dep leave?

Thanks
1. English language qualification in Points for English language is 10. Hops that what you mean

2. I was under Tier 2 ICT earlier and my family is having a resident permit as PBS dependant of my Tier 2 ICT, since I currently got my ILR (I have not applied for the entire family since a money risk being involved), and my family is still with a old PBS dependant visa I am douting if this will have any problem currently. My family is with me in UK only

1. The degree must also be awarded at least 20 points for qualification.
2. They may continue as PBS deps.
