dear friends
I am new to this fourm.
I got my ILR on 10 april 2014 on basis on long residancy
my wife and 2 children they are my dependant on teir 1 general visa.they have valid leave until dec 2015.my wife and kids joined me in jan 2012.
questions:

1) can I apply ilr for my wife and kids because they are living with me more than 2 years.how much income I need to show .
2) if I apply flr m which rules will apply .how much income I need to show and how many years visa my wife will get.
different solicters have diffrent opnions I am very confused what to do
plz help me any home office web refrence .

Apply form first for your wife and don't fill section 7a, fill in 7b as this applies for you. Children born in uk are eligible for British citizenship, children not born in uk, include them in this application as well. She will get two years visa. Then form ILR try to go to PEO, you can apply for ILR straight afterward your wife get FLR m. A lot of people did the same thing I mentioned above and got their visas without any problem.

thanks for reply but my solister told me after 6 april rules are changed.if your wife has been switched before 6 april we can get 2 years stay and no income threshold.but after 6 april appendix fm means income threshold apply on all application after 6 april and your wife has to ful fil 5 years.i called my self to home office yesterday and they told me same thing.
do u have any link I can study that after 6 april rules did not apply on me.my wife came before 9 july 2012 as a pbs dependant

Plz share your views any one applied FRM visa for wife after 6 april 2014.and previouly if she was PBS dependant and entered before 9 july 2012.

I am just gatthering infirmation .if some ones wife came as PBS dependant before 9 july 2012.my solister said after 6 april rules.it realy unjustice that u have to wait for 5 years to get ILr.before 6 april there is no income threshold and u will get 2 years FLR{M }visa.now I just want to ask the people who are effected from these rules.we need to get united and challenge this rule in the court.plz drop u meesages or some one already working on it plz do contact me.

to challenge that 6 april rule.which does affect those people where there wifes entered before 9 july 2012.
do u know any good firm and procedures how to challenge in the court and its cost.

1)i am getting child benefit for my2 kids .i got the IlR BUT they are still on pbs dpendent visa.now next month i am applying flr m visa for them.does it effect their application.because their visa say no resourse to public funds.
2)some one told me that i can apply IlR FOR MY KIDS which born in pakistan and still on pbs dependant visa.
using SET F form.my wife is still on pbs dependant visa.

i want to apply my wife visa as a mother of british kids.
1) what is name of this visa and how long we will get it.
2)if i take public funds does it effect my wife visa and extentions.
