ILR Application

I was issued initial visa on 8 August 2004 and I entered uk on 15 September 2004. When does my 10 years complete. Similarly my wife and son(who was 15 months then) entered on 31 August 2005. When will they be eligible for ILR. Can we apply together? Please someone advise.
