ILR Time for pointbase system people

Dear sir
i just want to conform that if i have completed 5 years through point base system?
i got my first Tier 1 (general) visa on 07 oct 2009
i applied for Tier 1 general extension on 7th sept 2012 and got my visa back on 21 April 2013 but on my visa start date is 21 january 2013 up to 21 january 2015
My question is am i qualify on 7th sep 2014 to apply for ILR ????
plz help me i shall be thankful to you

Have you got this visa in country or out of country. If out of country when did you actually enter UK? Your ILR qualifying start date will start from visa stamp date if the entry is within 90 days of visa stamp, else it will be date of entry to uk.

add 4 years, 11 months and 2 days from your qualifying date using http://www.timeanddate.com/ and find your ILR qualifying date.

i gor my student visa in2006 and completed degree and got post study work visa and then in 2008 i switch to tier 1 general
my main concern is i applied for tier 1 general visa extension in sep 2012 and got visa in april 2014 but visa start date is 21 january 2014 so time from sept 2012 to january 2013 is it conunted in 5 years ???
