Hello,

I am self employed and running a limited company (on Tier 1 G). I got the visa stamped on Nov 26, 2009 and entered in UK on 03 Jan, 2010 (less than 90 days from stamp). So, I am eligible from 29 Oct 2014 (28 days before first visa stamp).

I have less than 180 days absence from UK in total in last 5 years period.

Question 1: Is my understanding is correct as stated above that I am eligible from 29 Oct, 2014 for ILR ?

Question 2: As my total absence is less than 180 days in whole 5 years span (no absense as business visit) - Do I still need the evidence or employment/accountant letter that I was on paid/unpaid holidays for those less than 180 days even ?

Question 3: I passed Life in UK Test on 20 Mar 2013 (old course syllabus/curriculum) i.e. around 1.5 years ago. Is that still remain valid when I apply in Nov 2014 ?

Thanks
Ash
