Just one more question -

With electronic payslips, if I print them out on company letterhead, would it be enough if the HR manager signs it, or would I need to have it signed by a more senior official? I just read the below guidance from UKBA and it's confusing:

"If the payslip is not on headed paper or is a printout of an online payslip, you must provide a letter from your sponsor, confirming the payslip is authentic. The letter from the sponsor must be on company headed paper, and must be signed by a senior official."

thank you,

Ina

If there are online payslips, get stamp & sign on it (may be HR) and employer letter as well.

If it is good for your company to authorize a person to authenticate payslips, that should be good for UKBA too. Keep an employer letter with you.

I have submitted online payslips which is authenticated by my company payroll admin(not a manager)

If the Payslips are printed on the company letter head then no need to get it signed by senior HR or Line Manager etc. I got my payslips printed by on a company headed paper with no signatures for my ILR application back in June 2014.
