Hi all
Could anyone please guide me with regard to the absence from the UK during 5 years of continuous residence on Tier 1 (General)
I would be applying for ILR soon. I have been out of the country for 316 days during the 5 year period. Is it something to worry about? What are the rules?
Thanks in advance for help

Thanks for the sending me link
my absence from UK in 5 years is 320 days. Will it be a problem for my ILR?

So long as in each 12 month period, absences did not exceed 180 days, no it won't break continuous residence.
