Hi,
First of all I would like to thank you all of you for this wonderful form, specially Amber & Vinny. :)

My wife granted UK Entry Clearance visa spouse on 02/09/2012 for 27 month, she entered the UK on 14/09/2012 .
application was submitted early 2012 but was refused and we have appeal and get it in July same year.
Now we have a British child age 15 months, and i want to apply ILR for my wife, my question is do i have to be on minimum income requirement £18,600, £22,400 or this not for my case? :?:

Thank you very much. 8)
