I have got a quick question.

I came to UK in Sep 2004 as a student. I then changed my visa to PSW then got Tier 1 General for the first time in May 2010.
I have got married in May 2011 and then my wife got her Tier 1 dependant visa in May 2011 and she came to the UK in June 2011
I am eligible to apply for ILR through LR route and if i go for it,

1) Can my wife also apply for ILR at the same time.. (if i ask the home office to keep her file on hold till a decision is made on my ILR)..
or
2) I have to apply for her FLR (M) and then once she gets the spouse visa, apply for ILR.

3) If i take the tier 1 general route, I can also apply for ILR using the 5 year route in April 2015 using PEO since i have enuff salary to fulfill the required points to gain ILR.. do u think this is the better option compared to 1 and 2

thanks,

pebblestic

No, you should continue as a PBS applicant and settle under the PBS.
