When is the earliest that I can apply for ILR with premium service appointment?

Tier1 EC on passport is 6th Feb 2010
Entry date to UK is 2nd March 2010
My current Tier1 is valid until Oct 2016 (because I did Tier1 extension twice already)

You are eligible to apply for ILR 28 days prior to completing 5 years in this category.....
