No UK pay while on absence - ILR

Hello all,

I am planning to apply to ILR next month based on my 5 yrs continuous stay on Tier 2 (ICT + G). I have a confusion regarding my 5 yrs continuous stay - I was sent to India to work from there by my employer for 97 days and I didn't receive salary in UK for this duration. I have secured letter from employer about this break, but will this break my 5 years continuity as I didn't receive salary in UK?

Please reply.

TIA
Abisek

Thanks Amber for the reply.

So, should I submit my indian payslips for the time I was working from India? Or is this not required?

many thanks,
Abisek
