Hi
applied on the 10 yrs basis=12th july 2014
approval letter receivecd=18th october 2014
roughly got in 3 months

I have something to ask by experts . My wife and one child are my tier1 (general) dependent and they are in uk. Now which type of application should I submit to change their visa according to my ILR status. They fall under 5 years rule as they arrived few months ago.
an authentic reply will really be appreciated.

Regards

Hi vinny,

Quick question please, I applied for my ILR on 13/09/2014 and still waiting for the decision...

With my application I wrote a covering letter referring to v11 of the long residency guidance.

My question is:

Considering the fact v11 was not available in the web in Sep14 and since v12 is now available (from 17 Oct), do you think caseworker would consider my references to v11 of the guidance or those would be void?

Regards

Hi All

I am sending off my ILR application today.
I have been here for 15.5yrs, in 2011 I applied for ILR but it was denied, on grounds of a gap of 7 months in 2003. I apealled and I was granted Discresionary leave to remain that runs our 18/01/2015. So I have completed another 10 years, no gaps all intime student visa applications.

Could you pls explain to me how the tracker works that i have been reading about? How do i get on it? How do I access it to see whats happening?
Also what is the average waiting times for a straight fw case?

Thanks so much
WEN4K

Applicantion sent 15/01/2015
