Set O, payment page (card) details if already paid online?

Should the payment section for the card details be filled in the Set O form if already paid online for application at the PEO office?
Should the section be filled with the same card details which was used for the online payment or should it be left blank? Please advise.

repeating the same....Leave it blank.
If you have paid online then in any case you have the payment receipt. Do take a print out of the same.
