Hi All,
I am going to apply for ILR next week and collected below documents for cohabitation proof. Please share your experience whether these are fine or not:
1. Council Tax Letter from Council confirming name of occupants, address and date from which we are staying there
2. Council tax demand notice for last two years
3. Letter from council confirming names, address in electoral register in 2014 register
4. Previous letter from home office for leave to remain application to all in same address
5. We are registered in same NHS since 2010 and have not changed address in NHS anyway. I have NHS letter but we have not changed address in NHS, so it was issued in old address for all - do I need to submit it?

thanks
MG

Hi Moloyghatak,
I am also on the same boat, But i have another 7 months time. I would like to ask you one question. How do you get the below letters from council. I am having only one letter per year. Is there any special request to get these letters. I am having bank statements as well. But most of the people are saying you need to show 4 to 5 different type evidences. Please PM your email id or contact number. When you are going for ILR my email id was haiksuresh(at)gmail.com. Please respond.

1. Council Tax Letter from Council confirming name of occupants, address and date from which we are staying there
3. Letter from council confirming names, address in electoral register in 2014 register

Thanks & Regards,
Suresh
