What will be the guarantee or how you have ensured that it will be error free and will have exactly same material as written in tso official books/applications??

there is no guarantee, its simply a pdf version of the original/offical book from TSO. you need to study the official guidance book as well in order to pass your test.

Material available on unknown websites/sources can contain errors/omissions etc which may affect the test ability. Always best to study official tso book which freely available in library. Just pop into the local library and get it there freely, if they not have then they have option that they bring from other libraries for you in few days freely or for £0.50p. And if somebody can spend few quids to buy these books then after passing test simply donate book to library for other's benefits.
