Dear Friends,

I am applying for a ilr around december 2015 along with my partner.

My partner has a degree recognised in points based calculator along with the degree certificate.

Is it necessary and sufficient documentation to satisfy the dependent english language requirement.

My degree is recognised on pbs ; I have my degree certificate with me.

Similarly, my wife's degree is recognised in pbs ; she has access to her degree certificate too.

Is the above set of documents sufficient for the application?

If your and your spouse degrees recognized in PBS calculator and awarding you minimum 20 points for qualification and 10 points for English language than degree certificate along with PBS print out sufficient.

You mean 10 points for English, for each of the application (=20 points for both?)

We get 30 points for qualifications, 10 points for English language.

However, my initial date of application (15.feb.2009) and my partner's initial date of application (08.june.2012) are different.

Also, the PBS calculator has no option for ILR instead the whole procedure is to just extract the points by going through the Tier-1(general) extension.

Used date 15.feb.2009 for both by using Tier 1 G option
take calculator PDF print out plus Degree certificates along with both of you LIUK test certificates and other necessary documents.
