I have been granted british citizenship last month

My wife is eligible for ILR now and she is presently on PBS dependent visa status

Could anyone please let me know which form to apply for her ILR

is it SET(O)or SET(M)

I am a bit confused

I am going to apply for my wife's ILR this month

Could anyone please help me out with the decuments required

1. My British Citizenship Certificate
2.Her Passport
3.Life in Uk Certificate
4.Bank statements (savings shown on my name £1000.00 for 3 months)
5.Utility Bills
6.Her Masters and Bachelors Certificates
7.photographs
8.our Marriage Certificate

Please let me know anything else needed in addition

and are the bank savings statements with £1000.00 for 3 months ok for this application..?

THe Form, you need to use SET(O)

Documents Your wife will require as follows
Filled SET (O) form.
- Payment Receipt
- Two Passport size photographs with name on the Back.

- Passport
- BRP confirming my current status
- Marriage Certificate.
- Payslips for 12 months or earning source
- Life in the UK Pass Test Notification.
- Eglish Test or Degree attested with NARIC

COHABITATION DOCUMENTS:
- Bank statements of our joint account (if you have)
- Council Tax Bills
- Letters received from UKBA, NHS etc.
- Personal bank statement of your wife
- Electoral Registration letter (if you have)
- Birth Certificates of your children (if you have)
- Copy of Driving licences
- Marriage Certificate
- Utility Bills
- Tenancy Agreement attached.

I do not think there is any requirement of Maintenance of Funds for three months.

Well, I do not have 3 months statement of maintenance of funds and my wife is going to apply SET(O) PBS dependant ILR with the above mentioned docs.
