Hi Experts,

I am planning to apply for ILR in Jan 2015.I have been living in UK since Jan 2010 on Tier -2 ICT VISA. My wife also joined me here in UK as PBS Dependent in Feb 2011. My son was born in London in March 2013....Now my queries are--

1. I am going to apply for Same day Premium Service for my ILR Application. what are the documents required for a clean and quick decision?

2. Do I also need to apply for my Son's ILR as dependent even if he was born in UK in March 2013? OR I can just apply for my ILR as a main applicant and my wife's ILR as ILR dependent in Jan 2015 and then apply for my son's British Citizenship after we get our ILR's?
