Entered 8.45 am. Completed security check within 10 mins..went to floor 3 and case registration was done at 9 am and they gave me a token number. Within 10 mins my token was called for document submission @ 9.20 and completed biometric 9.30. Then moved to waiting area and checking my token status in TV display. Around 9.55 status changed from biometric to under consideration and exactly 10.30 status changed ready for collection. Overall I would say 2 hours process.
