HI everyone
I have one question in section 11
11(A)
If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this applicaitn form who is applying at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (upto a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse.

so are they asking for an evidence that would cover last two years of my tier 1 general visa where myself and my wife's name is present. or would our joint statement of last year should do.

please guys I need help urgently so a prompt reply would be very much appreciated.

thanks
Ricky

Ok so the simple question
is would any document with Mine and wife's name on it would do
for example
our bank statement together (doesn't cover two years, may be one year)
Our council bill ( covers from 02/03/2014 til present)

or do they mean by whole two years should be covered.
I need a very urgent reply guys..
please please help..

thanks
Ricky

Any cohab docs from last two years spread out.

E.g bank statements , nhs letters if any. Council tax or any utility bill on spouse or joint names

Hi,
You can use any of the following documents

1) Utility bills
2) Council bills
3) Letter from your GP (they usually give a letter that you and your dependents are registered at this GP for xx number of years and their address as per our record is so and so.. . They may charge a small fee)
4) Bank Statements
5) HMRC
6) Car insurance (if your partner is also a named driver) - i am planning to use it, not sure if it will work.
