Can some one please let me know whether below letter of absence that I received from HR would be sufficient?

It does not specify the dates.

as far as I have read the whole point of an employer letter is providing details about the exact dates.

I had 110 holidays out of UK and did not submit any employer letter although did carry them

no questions were asked and ILR approved on 8th Jan 2015
