Dear Members,

Please could you help me out here. I am new to this Forum.

I am on - ILR
Wife and children both are on Tier 2 ICT Dependent - valid till Feb 2016 ..
- they been UK from Oct 2007 till July 2012 and
- left the UK with vaid leave
- leave expired on 26th Feb 2013, reapplied for new entry on 14th March,2013 , Leave were approved starting from 8 April,2013 - as per rule for continuity - rules says if applicant is outside and leave gets expired and you apply within 28 days then continuity is not broken.
- Nearly 310 days Out of Country in one go - All personal related.

Please help me with the below questions.

- Is 310 days out of UK for dependent applicant OK ?
- Will there be any problem for my dependent wife for the days out of UK as she is not working
- What reasons can she use when she is applying ILR for the absences.
- also want to know as i have already got the ILR and now eligible for naturalization - is my child eligible for naturalization? child was born in India .

Thanks Sandeep
