Krish, your info is wrong.
He was granted visa on 5th March 2010 as his 5 years are going to be completed on 5th March 2015 - he entered UK within 90 days and thus he can apply on or after 5th Feb 2015.
28 days prior to his 5 yrs eligibility(05/03/2015).
I hope this help.

Thanks tier1o,
I am also under impression that I can apply after 05-Feb-2015. But when I contacted UKBA enquiry, they said that 28 days prior rule is only applied to the person, whose current VISA is getting expired in 5 years. But as my current VISA is valid till 12-FEB-2016, I am not elligible to obtain '28 days before rule'. So I need to apply only after completing 5 years. Which means I have to wait till 05-MAR-2015, before going to apply for ILR.
I have already booked an appointment in 17-FEB-2015. But now not sure, whether I should go or wait till 05-MAR-2015.
Please advise.
Thanks in advance.
