My husband and I applied for settlement and received our PR cards in Aug 2014.

My daughter was born in the UK and is 4 year old now. We haven't yet applied for her settlement or naturalisation.She has an Indian passport and a Tier 1 dependant visa expiring in June 2015.

We would like to travel to India due to family emergency.

Is it possible to travel with her on her existing visa?

I think there should not be any problem as long as you return to UK before June 2015.
