Hi,
Need assistance please. I booked an appointment at Croydon PEO for my wife's ilr application last month i.e., March. She has been given a slot in May. Now the fee has changed by more than 40%. Do I need to pay more or the fee that has already been paid would be it.
Thanks.
Adnan

There have been couple of posts on this.
I have confirmed on Phone with the home office that if the fee has already been paid, it is still valid and you will not be required to pay new fee or any difference.
Disclaimer - Confirmed from agent on phone to UKVI, I am beleiving her and going for my app next week

You will use the new form.

You can leave the payment section blank as these are for postal applications since a fee needs to be paid. As for premium service, the fee has already been paid at the time of booking and you will be taking your payment confirmation with you.

Just to confirm, I made my appointment and paid for it on 25 February under the £1,493 fee. I used new form at my appointment today in Croydon HO but was not asked to make additional payment. IRL was approved.

My spouse did not have a degree so she went for the B1 exam, which is actually listening and speaking.
So I have ticked following on the form for partner:
• A speaking and listening qualification at level B1 or above from the Secure English Language Test (SELT) list (Go to
question 4.5 below);

I hope this helps.

I have got ILR granted today.. I have posted my experience at PEO on
