Discrepancy in the Net salary on payslip and bank statement

Hi All,

I am due to apply for ILR by end of this month. I have noticed yesterday morning that the net salary credited into my bank account is different by £10 from the net pay mentioned on the last month's payslip ( April 2015). I queried this with the HR team & they advised me that they have made a mistake because of the tax code being changed to 1060L now . They issued correct payslip but amount transferred into my account was carried forward from the previous month and they paid me £10 less . They are happy to issue letter stating that they have made a mistake while making the bank transfer. Also, yesterday they immediately transferred the difference into my account.

I think I am still okay to qualify for the earnings even if I exclude April's income or even if I show salaries for 10 months. I am just wondering if I can show income from 1st April 2014 to 31st March 2015 & exclude income from April 2015. My application date ( appointment date is 29th May). Is there any requirement that I have to show the most recent payslip, i.e ( in my case) April 2015 payslip.

I look forward to your feedback.

Many thanks
