Hello
I am filling in the form for ILR - SET(O). I am on Tier 1 (General) right now. While claiming points for age, do I need to consider my current age or the age at which I first entered the UK (or got my visa).

I got Tier 2 visa in Feb 2010 and entered UK in March 2010. I was 29 then.
Got Tier 1 in Aug 2010. I was 30 then.
Tier 1 was extended in Aug 2012 for another 3 years. I was 32 then
Applying for ILR this Friday (May 2015). I am 35 now.

Which age should I consider for my ILR application.

Thanks
Hitesh

See the following, which is mentioned under that section in the set(o) form.

Please tick the relevant box to confirm the points you are claiming on the basis of your age at application for your first grant of leave in a relevant route.

So it's based on the points you scored when you first applied for leave to remain as a T1G migrant, as I presume you are now applying for ILR under that route.

There's also a sticky thread created.... http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tie ... 90855.html
