hI, Has anyone noticed, the revised Set o form
the page 9 - section 1 - shows

and also page 76 onwards shows

Hi Pooja,
Yes I think all we can do is fill this form and save a PDFs file in phone to prove in case any questions are raised.

I used same form 05/15 and submitted on 16/05/2015 , all went ok and ILR approved.

it states that :
If you have claimed points for a qualification on a previous Tier 1 (General) application and sent
in evidence of the qualification at that time, you should still list this qualification in this section
below. However, you do not need to provide this evidence again in order to claim points for this
application.
therefore what options did u select from below and did not submit degree or NARIC letter??

its on page 38 section B - Qualifications assessment
"B - Qualifications assessment
You can claim points for one qualification only.
If you have claimed points for a qualification on a previous Tier 1 (General) application and sent
in evidence of the qualification at that time, you should still list this qualification in this section
below. However, you do not need to provide this evidence again in order to claim points for this
application.
If you have gained further qualifications since your last application for leave as a Tier 1 (General)
migrant and wish to claim points for this, you must provide evidence of this qualification as
specified below."

shah pooja there is no selection on this its written above the options you can select thats why im asking what options applicants are ticking because this paragraph is above that

Hi,
Just to update you all- SETO 05/15 Version has been released and updated last night. I just checked as page numbers and version has been corrected on the last set of pages (showing 04/15 previously). not sure if anything else has been updated.
shall go through the form while I fill in this weekend and update if any changes.

In Form SET(o) Section 4, which option should I select?
I submitted the language proof as part of my previous Tier 1 (G) application and I do not have the NARIC certificate.
Kindly advise?
