HI Guru's,

can someone please help me with confusion I have regarding funds maintenance.

I'll be going for ILR premier service after on 6th June 2015 and my visa Tier-1 General visa will expire on 3rd July 2015.
It would be great if someone can clarify below questions.

1. Initial Tier-1 genral Visa issued from 03-07-2010 to 02-07-2012 and date entered in Uk is 09-09-2010 i.e, within 90days. Am I okay to apply for my ILR on 6th June 2015 as I would have completed just 4.8 years months only??

2. Due to un-forseen circumstances I had funds of £1000 maintained for only for 2.5 months and for brief period of 15days funds dropped to £940?
I have seen lots of post in this forum that no funds are required to maintain for ILR and I believe I have to satisfy points for tier-1 general and one of the criteria is funds maintenance of 90days. If I want to be in safer side will visa officer accept my funds in my wife's account?? My wife is not eligible to apply for ILR as she has entered the country after June 2012. Do I need to get any letter from her for the same and show marriage certificate and few cohabitation documents ??

Yes , you are eligible on 6/06/2015 (28 days before), you will mention in your form 4.8 years , as I did 4.9

You no need to Maintain any funds , I didnt maintain and I got ILR day before yesterday i.e 16/05
