FLRM - how to book PEO appointment?

Hi,
one of my friend wants to book PEO appointment for his wife using FLRM. He got ILR 4 months ago.
How he can book it please?

Book a PSC Appointment (Click)

Did your friend get ILR based on long residence? What is wife's current visa status?

For FLR(M), the IHS surcharge also needs to be paid IHS Surcharge (Click)

Hi, thanks for your reply, yes he had ILR approved on the basis of 10 years long residency
