Hi,

My visa started on 15-Aug-2010 and expiring on 15-Aug-2015

First entry to Uk on 22-09-2010.

I am going to apply ILR on 23-07-2015. That means I am applying after completing 4 years and 10months. 11th month starting on 23rd July. In the meantime I went to my country for 3 times with a total holiday of 55days.

I think I will be covered by 90-day rule and will be eligible for ILR on the said date.

I am having some confusion about my ILR forms.

Please help

Even if you add 90 days concession period, it should be minimum 4 years 11 months & 2 days.
Make sure that before applying your ILR.

To make it ver clear I am applying 24 days before my visa expiry.

(visa started on 15-08-2010)
(visa expires on 15-08-2015
(first entry on 22-9-2010)

Please note that i have entered 37th day from my visa start date.

Am i good with this or i have to cancel my PEO appointment and go for a different one in August ?

You can apply any day on or after 18 july 2015. So it should be perfectly fine.
