Going to PEO for set(LR) unaware VISA CURTAILMENT

I have booked an appointment in PEO in this September.
My previous VISA was tier4 and my college was revoked a year ago. But so far I did not receive any CURTAILMENT letter. I called customer service of home office several times. They asked me to contact CURTAILMENT department or wait. I am not sure did they sent it to closed college or not.
So is it ok to go to PEO or make postal application?

But I don't have enough time to ask for SAR. I have just noticed SARU takes 20 days to send back IT details.

Not sure what you asking ..
That if you go to PEO, will they check if your leave has been curtailed or not, and if you apply by post will they not do so? Or vice versa?

Question is
At PEO will they give me opportunity to appeal or judicial review if it is found my VISA was curtailed and i am an overstayer?

The laws governing the right to appeal / administrative review are not dependent on whether one applies by post or in person.

Applying for ILR who is unknowingly an overstayer.

Cll HO and request for a curtailment letter, tell them you did not receive it and you need a letter urgently to regularise your stay. I know somone who did this. They will send you one.

U can check that whether your BRP is still valid through ECS request just google it n u get a reply in 4 hr lol

Asking curtailment within 60 days of VISA expiry will not work.
Ecs does not applicable for us.
