T1G Self-employed ILR earnings documents

Hi there!
I am applying for ILR in September as a T1G migrant.
I have been self-employed for the last 4.5 years.

In the previous applications, I think I've read something like I have to show my economic activities during the 5 years as a T1G migrant. However, I can't seem to find it in the present SET (O) form.

I've read the Immigration Directorate Instructions as well. But, it doesn't say anything about I have to show my economic activities for the last 5 years. They only say that I have to provide documents regarding the earnings that I claim for this settlement, which means just for 12 months.

I know UKBA always change their rules and forms. But, do you think it will be safe not to prepare any documents (e.g. self-assessment for the last 5 years) and just submit the documents regarding the 12 month earnings claimed?

Many thanks.

Given that you claim to have read the relevant IDI but still unsure, read 245CD, 245CD-SD and Appendix A.

Thanks, Sushdmetha!

I've read the paragraphs you quoted. I just want to check whether I understood correctly.

From Annex A - supporting evidence required (pp. 27-30)
If you are self-employed, you need to provide
- letter from the accountant (confirming grows and net profit)
- company/business accounts
- business/personal bank statements showing all the incomes
- invoices generated
- evidence of paying Class 2 NI contributions
- original welcome letter from HMRC
- full contact details for each source of income

These were actually the ones that I have prepared for my T1G extension. So, I don't think it will be difficult to prepare them. However, I can't seem to find anywhere I need to provide all my 5 years of business activities.
So, I am just going to prepare these ones.

I am going to Croydon for premium service in 3 weeks time.
I will take my Self Assessment records and tax payment details for the last 5 years with me just in case they request them.

Do you think it's enough?
I know I might sound silly but, I'm quite nervous.

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!!
