Hi All, I am Applying this November for ILR on 10 years Basis. I have just received HMRC penalty for non filing Tax returns for year 2014 Penalty is £1200. My last accountant didn't tell me about filing or anything.

My question:

1. How to remove that Penalty? and can it be removed?

2. If i am paying in Installment, and Simultaneously If I apply in person for ILR will they question me about it?

3. Can they reject ILR ? though I am paying penalty in installment.

What are your suggestion? Please advice.
