New SET (O) guidance notes published on 17-09-2015. Any idea what is new in these guidance notes and how these guidance notes are different from previous version?

But I can see the set(o) form is still the same version 8/2015,about the guidance notes

Did I say there is a change in Set (O) form? Do your home work before posting questions/ comments.
