Hi Members /Moderators,

Could anybody please suggest if I am good to go for ILR this month. My details are as following:

Initial visa granted: 13-July-2010
First Entry to UK: 02-10-2010 (i.e. 84 days after visa granted)
Left UK: 05-10-2010 (initial stay for 3 days only)
Re-entry to UK: 28-03-2011 (i.e. after 154 days )

Since then I am only out of country for only 80 days (not at a stretch), for individual period not exceeding then 27 days.

As per one of my acquaintance I would have actually eligible in July this year only considering my first entry was within 90 days and didn't exceed the limit of maximum number of absences in one go.Though as I had already extended my leave this January considering the closure of tier-1 extension I did not worry much.

Could anybody please advise if I am okay to go for ILR this month as I am only out of country for period of 154 + 80 = 234 days in total considering my start date as 02nd Oct 2010.

Thanks,
Abhi
