Hi AleemILR,
I am not sure, my advise would help you.
But just FYI, the new rules are coming in effect from 17th November 2015.
If you apply before that, I think you will be fine.
One of my mate applied with the same Medium of Instruction letter from an Indian University, that went without hitch.
Thanks.

You will be fine with less than 12 payslips as long as you earn enough points for your earning in a consecutive 12 months period.

Hi Skreddy/AleemILR
I put this another thread as well but didn't get answers so far but I am confused about following:
34SD - Specified documents
The specified documents referred to in paragraph 134(v) are A, B and C below:
A. Either a payslip and a personal bank or building society statement, or a payslip and a
building society pass book.
(a) Payslips must be:
(i) the applicant's most recent payslip,
(ii) dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application, and
The above is from the ILR rules and my understanding is that it's talking about latest payslip must not be one month old. Please correct me if wrong?
Thanks

Hi Risingmoon19,
Your reference actually back to 22 November 2012 changed rules.
But if you go through the previous earnings period assessment rules clearly says, 12 consecutive months period which falls in the previous 15 months prior to the application date i.e. if you had earned all the required income just in one single month, if which comes under the 15 months period, you can show that pay.
Moreover, case worker look at the dates on which the salary/pay deposited to your account, not the pay slip dates. Best example is myself, just a ten days ago my ILR was approved.
Thanks.

Thanks SKreddy
First of all congrats on getting your ILR.
I am sure you are right but it's really confusing me. if you check the latest SET(O) guidance, it says there as well on page 7 under Documents section.
What are your thoughts on that?
Thanks
